“We hired Pasmen Construction to renovate the bathroom in our one-bedroom condo apartment on the 10th floor. Steve did an excellent job. He installed a new walk-in shower with decorative and regular tile, full vanity with a sink and a toilet. He also tiled the floor and backsplash and installed a new lighting fixture. He was very professional and respected all the crazy rules that our condo board insists upon and was polite with all our neighbors. He kept all the public hallways clean and trucked everything out to the dump when he was finished. His design suggestions were also very helpful and appreciated. Steven Pasmen completed the following: – resized the garage door opening after the original builder built too large – corrected the staircase molding – repaired structural beams that were separating – installed interior molding and trim – built the beautiful fir railing on the front porch – completed the covered porch, installed windows, doors, siding, etc. – installed facia board After a parade of poor contractors we contacted Steven Pasmen after searching on the Houzz website under “find a pro”.
